What you’re actually paying for
Every ThickGrass feature — ticketing, SLAs, chat, automation, reporting, integrations — is included. A license doesn’t unlock functionality; it covers automatic updates delivered straight to your WordPress admin, and support from the people who build the plugin.
If your license lapses, ThickGrass keeps working exactly as it did the day before — every ticket, every automation rule, every report stays fully functional. You’ll just stop receiving automatic updates and see a quiet reminder in the admin until you renew. We don’t think a helpdesk holding your team’s live tickets should ever switch itself off over a billing date.
How buying works
There’s no automated checkout — licensing here is hands-on, on purpose:
- Contact us to get started.
- We send you an invoice / payment link.
- Once payment is confirmed, you get a license key by email.
- Enter the key in ThickGrass → Administration → License and click Activate.
Frequently asked questions about pricing
Can I move my license to a different domain?
Yes — reactivating the same key on a new domain (for example, moving from staging to production) doesn’t consume an extra activation slot.
I need more than one site — what then?
Contact us and we’ll sort out a key covering all the sites you run.
